The RB-H-5 rotary paddle level switch is designed for point-level detection of bulk solids including powders, granules and lump materials in industrial applications. Its working mechanism features a low-speed rotating blade (1 RPM) driven by a micro motor, which stops upon contacting materials and activates SPDT contacts while cutting off power. The torque adjustment mechanism allows sensitivity customization for materials with different densities (≥0.4g/cm³), with an automatic slip clutch protecting the motor from overload damage. Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel blade and IP65-rated enclosure, it operates reliably in temperatures from -20℃ to 80℃ (optionally up to 400℃). Typical applications include material level monitoring in silos, hoppers and chutes across cement plants, metallurgy, coal handling and feed processing industries. 二、工作原理
